The Powerpuff Girls: Bubblevicious/The Bare Facts (1999)'s original air date, Wednesday, January 20th, 1999, was especially picked for second and far more popular cartoon, "The Bare Facts", after The Powerpuff Girls (1998) rescued the kidnapped and pants-less Mayor, from criminal monkey, Mojo Jojo. It was 2 years after Clinton's second 4-year term and 6 years after being sworn in originally.
