First episode of Creature Comforts is off to a charming start
8 July 2007 | by (Baton Rouge, La.) – See all my reviews

The beginning, with a couple of male dogs discussing a smell after sniffing a fellow dog's butt, starts off the offbeat humor concerning the recordings of interviews of ordinary people about various things and putting them in clay-animated animals' mouths in this wonderfully humorous series, "Creature Comforts". Loved the conversation between a male and female porcupine discussing the likes and dislikes of "needles". Then there's the male bee who keeps coughing next to his female bee mate. The creators of Wallace and Gromit have done it again with this show! Too bad CBS pulled the plug after three weeks. Look forward to seeing the other episodes I taped.
