Plot Synopsis
Storyline
CSI Sara Sidle has been kidnapped according to the Miniateure killer's MO, exactly recreating a fatal car accident in the desert. While she escapes from from the storm-flooded wreck and desperately tries to get out of the desert, Grissom's team must follow the trail left by Natalie Davis to find and rescue Sara alive. Sara is just excellent in this episode. Honestly I never really liked her before. In 7 seasons there was never an episode about her that caught my attention. Her "special" episodes were pretty boring and not impressive at all. But in this episode, she is amazing. This episode alone is worth seeing for her acting abilities.
Some of the scenes are still cheesy, but the way that the episode incorporates the flashbacks and the way that the other characters react to her impresses me. This is by far one of my most favorite episodes in this series. I love Nick, but this episode is much better than when Nick was in trouble. This episode proves to me that this series can definitely go on for more years!
