When I first sat down to watch Lily, I fully expected that the next 30 minutes of my time would be taken up by a simple cut and dry short film. Pressing play however, my eyes narrowed slightly, and I suddenly realized that this wasn't just any short film. This film demanded your full attention, and it got mine right from the beginning. It was nothing short of AMAZING! Daniel Boneville not only captivated me with the aesthetics of the film, but also with his unique talent for telling a story. After viewing this masterpiece, there isn't a doubt in my mind that this is only the beginning for this gifted young director. I truly look forward to his future endeavors.
