A woman gives birth to a child. A teenage girl and a man are present. The man supports her from behind while the girl kneels in front to guide the baby.

The baby is seen covered in blood, but is quickly wrapped in blankets.

Topless nudity of men.

An elderly woman runs like a spider on the ceiling. She is finally shot down. Rather scary for young children to see.

A man is crucified upside down and has lots of nasty yellow blisters all over his body. They move, pulsing in and out. He then he explodes and lots of pus spurts out of him, leaving nothing of his body behind.

After the man explodes with pus a character shields another and is killed. The pus seems to be acidic and burns away his body exposing ribs and his spine with blood.

A man is hit by a speeding car and is thrown violently into the air.

A man is bitten on the throat by a possessed child.

A man shoots many people, sometimes pausing to shoot them i the head once they've fallen to the ground.

A man uses a spark from a gun to light a gas pump, which he uses to immolate many people.

A child attacks a pregnant woman with a knife, slashing at her body. The child speaks in an unnaturally deep adult voice. The woman defends herself and the child accidentally cuts off both of his thumbs. The child is shown curiously looking at the bloody hands.

A child attacks a man, and is thrown into the air. It is shot many times off screen.

A woman is shot as she tries to take a baby. A man tries to kill the baby with a mace and slashes a man in the belly with a large knife. There is lots of blood.

There is an intense fight between two men, using guns, knives and a heavy, spiked mace. Eventually one man is stabbed to death.

A man attacks a car carrying the baby. He wrestles with the driver and is thrown through the windscreen. The car flips over and crashes in a ditch.

Many of the possessed are shot or stabbed.

Many characters that are good are killed either by the possessed or the group fending off the possessed.

Lots of violence which includes many bloody shots.

24 F-words,18 S-words. and other swear words. Though God's name is used in vain sometimes, it isn't terrible, but isn't mild either. One use of c**t.

Some characters, including a pregnant woman, smoke & drink throughout the film.

There are three disturbing possessed characters. The elderly woman can come to a shock. The "ice cream man" may seem very scary to children as his arms and legs extend, giving him a very spider-like appearance. One possessed kid who tries to kill the baby with a knife.

Lots of fighting scenes, including a man continually trying to kill a baby, are intense and could be frightening to some.

Overall, the movie is intense and is not suitable for younger viewers.

If movies had ESRB ratings: M for Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Strong Language, Use of Alcohol and Tobacco

Rated R for strong bloody violence, and language
