Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

This movie contains almost constant female nudity, as many women are shown topless, or wearing suggestive and erotic clothes that make their breasts and backsides very visible. Most of the nudity and sex scenes are integrated through other sequences, and it's basically impossible to simply skip them, as they are pretty frequent and pervasive.

There are numerous scenes where girls, apparently lesbians, flash their breasts, show their panties, and touch, kiss, and rub eachother.

There is a club scene where a young man and a woman are having sex doggy style. We see some thrusting and the woman's breasts, but the guy stops when he sees another girl that interests him. This scene is quite brief, and the club is dark, so we don't see much.

There is a scene where a man shows his ass through a car window.

Three men are seen shirtless.

There a few implied sadomasochistic scenes. A few people are seen having sex in a club's prive (brief), and in another club there are people hung to the ceiling with hooks (graphic).

Two twin teenage girls flash their bare breasts, which are clearly visible for some seconds.

There is a scene where a woman is about to unwillingly have sex with a man. He gropes her breasts and slaps her butt. She crawls on the carpet, and we see a close-up of her ass and panties. The man begins to take his pants off, but is stopped.

In another scene, the same woman is molested and groped by a man.

A woman touches a man's crotch as she is seducing him.

The violence in this movie is extremely frequent, fast, strong, and frenetic, in an hallucinatory and flashy videogame manner. The action scenes are fast and intense, and there are a few graphic gore moments. The battle scenes are very lengthy, bloody, and intense.

Tons of people are shot throughout the whole movie.

There are countless explosions throughout most of the movie.

A man is shot in the head. His blood drips on the floor.

Graphic and bloody photos of dead people are shown.

A rollerblading girl crashes onto another girl. The latter gets hurt, there is blood on her leg, and she licks her bloody arm.

In a club there are sadomasochistic people hung to the ceiling with hooks (graphic).

In the same club, three young women are shot to death: one girl splatters the blood on the people around her and on the floor, and two lesbians who are covered with her blood keep kissing each other; the other girl is completely naked and gets shot in the head, splattering blood; another girl gets shot and flies over a table.

A man punches a woman, and she spits blood.

A woman is violently hit by a car and is implied to be dead.

Some people are burnt to death.

A man is kicked in the crotch, then whacked with a rod.

A man gets shot and flies high in the air (no blood).

Some bloody severed body parts are seen briefly but graphically after an explosion, as well as many corpses.

A man brutally and repeatedly smashes a rock on a lying man's face and kills him (graphic and bloody).

We see a disfigured man, he is alive even if almost half of his face is missing (brief but graphic).

A man stabs a girl in the back with a large knife, then stabs a young man (not seen). The couple is later seen lying lifeless in the elevator.

A man strongly scratches the back of his head in order to take a chip out of there. He succeeds and dies (bloody).

A man grabs another man and kills him by breaking his back on his knee.

A woman gets her whole head blown off by a massive shoot (brief but graphic).

A man is stabbed (bloody).

There is a long and brutal fist fight sequence which involves one man against many men.

There is an intense car chase in which two trucks run after a car and destroy everything that is in their way. Many cars explode and are blown in the air throughout the movie.

Several common profanities and curse words can be heard throughout the movie.

Fuck and shit are used plenty of times.

Some instances of damn, goddamn, ass, bitch, whore.

Some name-calling (idiot, liar, motherfucker, cocksucker, asshole, cheater, bastard, retard).

For the most part, this movie doesn't have much drinking and smoking. There is something that can be considered drug use, as the movie involves a technology which makes men much stronger by a neural reaction.

A man in particular gets doped and becomes very strong and aggressive.

There is a rather gross scene involving alcohol. The main character drinks a whole bottle of vodka at once, and gets drunk. Shortly after, he first vomits it, then pisses it inside a car, in order to fuel it and make it move.

A man smokes.

A woman smokes.

There is occasional drinking in bar and club areas. A woman drinks a cocktail with a worm in it.

This movie is absolutely not for everyone and most definitely not meant for anyone under 14, as it is very shocking, heavy, cynical, ambiguous, controversial and mind-blowing throughout. It is extremely strong, gritty, disturbing and intense, both visually and story-wise, and is absolutely not aimed at young and/or sensitive people, also because of the amount of violence and nudity. The movie's plot involves people taking control of other people and turning them into slaves for entertainment purposes: these people are mentally and physically controlled, and they are forced to do anything the player wants, including kill, fight, die, and have sex. Some of these controlled people are condemned men who voluntarily offer themselves to the game, as they have only two options: winning the game, having their sentence erased, and surviving, or losing the game and dying. This is very disturbing, upsetting, and thought-provoking.

The scenes involving unwilling sex are intense and uncomfortable: in one scene, a married woman is about to forcefully have sex with a psychotic, maniacal man, but he is stopped; in another scene, the same woman is molested and groped by a man. The latter scene is intense because of its psychological elements, as we see the woman's desperate, helpless look.

A little girl is kidnapped and held hostage.

During a club sequence, a woman is seen drinking a cocktail with a worm in it, and some people are seen eating a spider's legs.

The action is very frequent, fast and frenetic.

There are countless explosions.

There is an intense car chase sequence, in which two trucks run after a car and destroy everything that is in their way.

The violent scenes, such as fist fights, stabbing, and shooting, can be brutal and bloody, and might impress some viewers.

There are many perverted scenes.

To sum it up, people who are bothered by nudity, sex, and violence will most likely hate this movie.
