Shawn and the SBPD are eager to solve dollar counterfeit case, but the Treasury has jurisdiction and sends cocky special agent Lars Ewing, irresistible in Juliet's eyes, who brings his trusted 'psychic', Lindsay Leikin, equally to Lassiter's taste. Only Shawn confidently sets out to prove Leikin, who promises the inverse, a fraud. While formally cooperating, both teams rival in a race to beat the other.
