uhhh,,, what happened to Supernatural??

I agree with the other poster- there is something missing and weak in Season 3. Somehow it feels like the integrity of the show has been compromised by its success. The opening sequence is flashier (an unnecessary change in my opinion, it was great the way it was), there are many characters that bring very little to story of Sam and Dean, they are bumping the sex appeal in the story lines... Who cares about that? I am not the creator of the show so it is hard to pass judgment on someone else's creative ideas, but I wish this still was the show about two brothers avenging the death of the their loved ones. About being hunted and surviving in a world of hidden evil and bleak future by the strength of their love and devotion to one another- all gritty and dark and sarcastic. That is what made it good in Season 1 and 2. Not a Halloween hunted house with pretty girls thrown in for eye candy.
