Quotes:
Jimmy Olsen: So, can I assumed that special ability has to do with that super-sized brain inside your head?
Chloe Sullivan: No. My nerd is all natural.
Jimmy Olsen: Oh, my God. Can you fly?
Chloe Sullivan: Here, Jimmy. Just watch.
[heals a cut on Jimmy's finger]
Jimmy Olsen: I didn't really think... Where were you in ninth-grade rugby?
Chloe Sullivan: Believe me, no golden trophy is worth these side effects.
Jimmy Olsen: You okay?
Chloe Sullivan: Yeah, I'm fine. Can you just, uh, promise me that we keep this between me, you, and my Neosporin?
Jimmy Olsen: I promise. But you're still the same Chloe.

Lois Lane is forced to try and wrangle the truth out of Lex Luthor when a bomb is on her cousin Chloe in this very revealing episode.

Holiday spirit is in the air at the Daily Planet when Lois receives a call from an anonymous man claiming that Chloe is attached to a bomb, and the only way he won't let it blow is if she reports the truth of Lex's atrocious experiments. Meanwhile, Chloe and Jimmy Olsen are stuck in the elevator with the bomb ticking, prompting Chloe to reveal a secret to Jimmy. Meanwhile, it is believed that Clark has returned from the Fortress of Solitude. Uncharacteristically, he wants to re-open Lana's Isis program of spying on Lex with the intent of taking him down, and wants to become closer to Lana when he has been distancing himself the previous couple of episodes. What is the reason for this uncharacteristic behavior?

This episode reveals so much from story lines following both this season and the second half of last season. The action is very minimal, but the revelations within the story make up for it.
