Storyline

Ray's business has benefited from their TV commercial, so Nick decides that they should have one too. Phil conceives it and Nick says he'll finance it. However, to his surprise, Nick learns that he's broke. So he has to apply for a bank loan. Which he can't get. Owen gets to go out on a date with the girl of his dreams, Jenny. He just has to make a difficult decision first: hat or no hat? Hannah's parents cause her trouble during their visit.
