Hilariously Bad

I'm pretty sure this film was written and directed by a 14 year old who filmed it with an iPhone 2 and recruited his immediate family to play all the roles. If you do happen to wander into this mess, do yourself a favor and make sure you at least watch until she puts on the amulet, so you can behold the Queen of Snakes.

Shocking

Warning: Spoilers
Another slice of zero budget indie nonsense, the only redeeming feature of which is the obvious love of 1950s monster movie filmmaking. Hammer's THE REPTILE might be an inspiration too. This one's shot mostly in a single bedroom from a single camera angle, as an older disabled lady receives a magical amulet which transforms her into a ridiculous glowing-eyed snake goddess. The quality is just shocking, from the wooden acting to the mindless scripting.

What to say about that piece of cheese.. if you have a really free time with absolutely nothing to do at 2am in the morning, get it on. i just appreciate the consistency of being able to deliver such way of acting for the entire movie... I'm pretty sure that it was filmed over two hours and dubbed in 20 mins max.

Absolutely abysmal.

Warning: Spoilers
I cannot stress how painful it was to watch this film. All of the actors did not know how to act, the sound was really odd, they had this fake grain effect on the screen that they forgot to add half way through, the story made no sense, and they were only in 3 places. The house, the boyfriends house, the the theatre.

This film is definitely deserving of the 1-star spot.

Not the Best Mihm but worth a watch.

I start every review of a Mihm this way. It's supposed to look cheap, the dialogue is supposed to be a little off, the acting is supposed to be a little over the top. Enough of Mihm's are out that you should be able to pick up the theme. Every complaint is covered in those three statements. When you watch keep those things in mind as well as this is a parody of 50s and 60s sci fi and horror movies. Also at this point with my defense of these films in every review i must add, I have no personal connection to anyone involved. If you go in knowing those three things you see the purpose and the blatant slap in the face to the horribly great movies this is making fun of as well as paying respect to an incredible time in movie making that to few people see for what it was fun. This is the perfect collection of films that give the films of its time body and life. I have a lot of reviews on here and have no idea if anyone has ever looked at one but I know if they did they would not look at another because unlike nearly everyone else I don't not give a step by step of the film or for the most part any of the characters do I discuss because I find no value in that. I'm not trying to be a critics do not once will I use the word trope, why? Because I'm just a guy watching movies trying to tell people what I saw and if and not why or why not. I bored now understand what I said at the beginning it will change how you feel if you do.
