Continuity: Wilson tells House "You're living in the same apartment for 15 years. You drive a ten year old car. You are not good with change." However, in season 1, House lived in a different building, in an upstairs unit, which is definitely different than his first floor unit in this episode. (You can see it in season 1 episode "Socratic Method" right before House starts making calls to the patient's previous doctors late at night.)
