Light's dad died knowing that he was innocent, at least he died happily. RIP Souichiro Yagami. This episode was so good and quite sad, those who didn't watch this episode are missing out something...

Another good episode. Light's coldness in sacrificing his own father just to be able to free himself and try to kill Mello is impressive. Misa's clothes make me crazy about her. I didn't remember this Shinigami plot where Ryuk stole the Death Note. And even in a plot more focused on Ryuk, he remains an extra. It's weird, could it be that whoever gave Ryuk's original voice died and they had to reduce Ryuk's lines and participation? It's like taking a notebook, returning a notebook, taking a notebook and returning it. Which looks like the take off coat, put on coat meme. I get confused about where Light's original Death Note is, but logically, he just left with this fat Shinigami, right? Light's father's death is very sad. Episode twenty-nine watched on March 6, 2024.
