Excellent story, but before you watch it, read my first paragraph

This is a very adult movie and I completely understand the language and situations in the film were necessary. However, I strongly warn people before they watch it to consider whether or not they feel up to seeing a short film about a rapist and murderer. People who have been victims of sexual assault might just find this film too tough to watch.

Mexican SKY begins with a convicted rapist/murderer in the backseat of a police car--holding a gun on the two cops. He is forcing them to drive him to freedom in Mexico and he seems to take great delight in taunting the cops. However, after a while, the arresting officer stops acting afraid and says he knows he's about to die but first wants to know why the criminal did what he did. Up until then, the scumbag made tons of excuses and lied about his crimes--but now that the deaths of these two officers is imminent, he lets down his guard and begins to talk about it--enjoying the details of how he raped and murdered his last victim. In the end, there is of course an interesting twist--one that makes listening to his sick confession worth the time you invested in the film. I used to be a therapist who worked with victims of sex crimes, so for me the film was very liberating. I got a lot of gratification seeing this trashy man--especially by the end of the film.

Exceptionally well written and acted--this is a great little film. Just think twice before you watch it--it can be tough viewing.
