There is a scene where a few characters appear to be having sexual relations at a club, It isn't too graphic.

The main characters (3 men and 2 women) go to a party and after entering they go upstairs to a room full of scantily clad women. Twice a woman is shown naked from the waist to her neck. It appears that people are either having sex or vigorous foreplay. Two of the women at the party prepare to perform oral sex on 2 of the main male characters. The scene stops when one of the male characters appears guilty and walks away.

A man peeps on a girl in the shower. We see her breasts and butt briefly.

It is implied that a group of soldiers gang-rape a girl.

A man runs through the train wearing nothing but a jock strap, his rear is visible.

A man engages in sexual intercourse with the dead body of another man.

A tied up man's pants are pulled down to show his penis, nothing is shown.

-The opening credits shows the brutal, very gory montage of a skinned human corpse -- almost 'autopsy' like. Uncut version reveals that the skinned person is actually alive.

- A man has his organs taken out and his tongue ripped out.

- A man is impaled through the shoulder.

- A man steps on a nail/spike and pulls it from his foot.

-The same man has his back torn open and his spine cracked. He then has an eyeball taken out.

- A man gets a severe beating with brass knuckles. He then is castrated.

- A woman gets a hook through her chin. ( She later gets taken away by a group of soldiers- implied rape )

- A man is killed with an axe.

-A man gets his throat slit attempting to rape a girl.

-A man gets his chest cavity cut open with a circular saw and is peeled open and has his heart removed.

-A man is strangled and hanged with chains.

-A man jumps from the train of fire, misses the water and lands on the rocks (only the aftermath is graphic when shown).

A man gets hit in the stomach with an axe, his head slammed on the train tracks. He is then tied to the tracks and a train runs him over (no blood).

- The train is set on fire.

Profanity throughout.

A Somene asks someone if he is smoking weed.

Many frightening/intesnse scenes through out the film.

The majority of the film contains extremely disturbing things like necrophilia, skinning, extreme torture (a.k.a. organ harvesting from living people who are awake), rape, and castration.

The uncut version has many scene extensions, making the movie even more violent and disturbing.

Rated R for strong grisly bloody violence, disturbing images, sexual content and language (certificate # 42635) (cut)
