Quotes

Dr. Meredith Grey: I'm still mad at you. And I don't know if I trust you. I wanna trust you but I don't know if I do, so I'm just gonna try. I'm gonna try and trust you because I believe that we can be extraordinary together rather than ordinary apart.

Again, this is an episode that proves how great "Grey's Anatomy" really is. In this season finale, Derek and Meredith continue their research, and this time their patients are a young couple who met while they were in treatment, which makes everything harder. Also, there's one guy stuck in a pile of concrete that surrounds his body and whom the doctors (bailey, hahn, callie, mark, cristina...) rush to save, before it's too late. Rebecca is still acting weird, and Izzie thinks it's better if she gets help - something Alex refuses. It was a great and emotional episode. Everything could end up really badly, but Shonda managed to write a magic ending for all the characters. My favourite scenes were the very last ones, in which Callie and Erica finally make a move, Richard visits Adele, Alex and Izzie talk (well, more than that actually) in the bedroom, George tells Lexie that he's allowed to repeat the exam... and Meredith standing there, waiting for Derek to celebrate their accomplishment (not only in medicine, but also in their personal life). Unlike Season 1 or 2, we don't have any cliff-hanger. It was a double episode filled with drama and medicine where everyone was able to shine. A great ending to an awesome season. Season 5? I bet it's going to be even better...
