The results of Rebecca's paternity test turn her world upside down. Presidential nominee Taylor, who Robert lost to in the primaries, offers Robert his vice-presidential spot. Kitty, awaiting the results of her fertility treatments, is reluctant to go back on the campaign trail. When Scotty hurts his hand and gets a medical bill he can't pay, Kevin thinks of an easy way to get Scotty health insurance.
