• Continuity: When Larry first leaves the diner to rescue the victim, the cars in the street change several times.
  
  
• Continuity: When "Doc" injects the botox into Madeline’s face, the amount in the syringe changes between shots.
  
  
• Continuity: When Madeline is in the truck at the pig farm, her sunglasses disappear and reappear several times as the camera shifts from side to front view. You can notice them slipping off her head when she tries to let down the trucks passenger visor.
  
  

• Continuity: In several scenes driving down the highway running from the F.B.I, the seat belts change between both vehicles.
  
  
• Continuity: When Larry and Madeleine are sitting on the barge and she is done fixing her makeup, she puts her mirror into her purse twice.
  
  
• Continuity: After the doctor injects the Botox into Madeline's face, the syringe is full again after he pulls it out.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Just before the vomit scene on the side of the road, Madeleine changes the stereo in Larry's truck from opera/classical to rap. The scene shows music changing, while she is using the volume control - not the channel selector.
