When Peter and Claire are talking about Peter going nuclear, he closes the door so that it is ajar. When the view switches to Claire and back to Peter the door is open wider than it was in the previous shot.

When Mohinder visits Molly to take some blood, you can clearly see that he has wrapped and crossed the tourniquet around her arm. However, when the shot cuts to another angle the tourniquet is uncrossed and he immediately recrosses it for tying.

In the scene near the beginning of this episode we see Sprague "defrosting" a Volvo station wagon. The writing on the windshield says "Automatic", but later in the scene when we see Sprague opening the hood and Parkman getting in the front seat, the windshield now says "Low Mileage, 1 Owner".

Initially in 1.8 Seven Minutes to Midnight, Dr. Suresh is told by his mother that his sister Shanti died when he was two years old. Later in 1.21 Seven Minutes to Midnight, Suresh states that his sister passed away shortly before he was born.

It's a bigger goof because the timeline of his birth is supposedly why his sister passed away in the first place.
