Lutz, Yelchin & Manning Top Obey Michael Almereyda in “Experimenter”

He isn’t wasting much time in post with Cymbeline. Joining the already cast Peter Sarsgaard and Winona Ryder, THR reports that helmer Michael Almereyda has found sideburn and stache wearing participants for Experimenter in Kellan Lutz, Anton Yelchin and Taryn Manning. And get this. Lutz will play actor William Shatner, who portrayed Milgram in a 1970s TV movie.

Yelchin plays Rensaleer, a man who resists authority. Manning plays Mrs. Lowe, a test subject who is distressed by the process and pushes back. Also boarding; Anthony Edwards as Miller, the first person subjected to the experiment, and Edoardo Ballerini as Milgram’s best friend. John Leguizamo, Dennis Haysbert, Josh Hamilton and Jim Gaffigan are all set up in the drama as well. Filming has already begun in New York. Producing are Uri Singer, Fabio Golombek, Aimee Schoof, Isen Robbins, Danny A.
