King Henry tells Sir Thomas More that he is "not a saint." Sir Thomas More does, in fact, go on to become a saint. He was canonized in 1935 for his allegiance to the Pope during the English Reformation.
The masked sequence where Henry disguises himself and blends in with other actors wearing the same outfit is a true fact. The king loved this kind of parlor game. However, because of his height (and later, weight) it was always very easy to pick him out from the crowd, though most audiences pretended that they didn't recognize him.
The Spanish king here displays what is known as a Hapsburg jaw where the lower jawbone outgrows the upper one, creating an extended chin. Charles V's was said to be quite prominent. Marie Antoinette also suffered from the same affliction.
