Fargo Season 2 Finale: Patrick Wilson Weighs In on Surprise Returns, Betsy's Fate and the Twist He Loved Most

FX’s Fargo this Monday night put a tidy-ish bow on its stellar second season — no small feat, given that when last we tuned in a bona fide UFO had descended upon the site of an epically bloody melee.

Having yet again dodged death, Peggy and Ed Blumquist (played by Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons) sought safe harbor from Hanzee (Zahn McClarnon) in a supermarket, with Minnesota trooper Lou Solverson (Patrick Wilson) close on their heels. Alas, “The Indian” had put a bullet in Ed during the preceding foot chase, leaving “The Butcher »

Review: 'Fargo' Season 2 Episode 5 'The Gift of the Magi' Watches the American Dream Go Up in Flames

9 November 2015 8:00 PM, PST | Indiewire Television | See recent Indiewire Television news »

"This is a true story."And the first casualty of the great war of '79 between the North and South was... a zoning commissioner? Joe Bulo's (Brad Garrett) bow-and-arrow-wielding contact took a shot to the head with a good ol' fashioned rifle before the rest of the hunting party met their maker — including Joe himself, who was later delivered in a gift box to Mike Milligan (Bokeem Woodbine). Things went quiet for a bit after that as both families plotted their next move, but the bloodshed wasn't over. Ed "The Butcher" Blomquist (Jesse Plemons) was Charlie Gerhardt's (Allan Dobrescu) first target; a fine choice for a gunshy kid unsure of what he himself is capable of, but one that went awry when the surprisingly spry big man killed one more of the Gerhardt clan before "saving" Charlie (who's also wounded).  Now the cops are coming for the indecisive Peggy (Kirsten Dunst) and her more-than-capable husband, »

Community: six seasons and... now what?

3 June 2015 11:01 AM, PDT | Den of Geek | See recent Den of Geek news »

Is that the last we'll see of Community or will the hashtag become a reality when six seasons are joined by a movie?

Warning: contains spoilers for Community season 6.

For the first time since 2009, Community just got through a season without the threat of cancellation looming over it at any given moment. NBC finally pulled the plug on Dan Harmon's weird and wonderful series in 2014 after five seasons, but like Arrested Development before it and The Mindy Project since, it got another season by moving online, to the Yahoo! Screen streaming service.

Given how Harmon was fired in 2012, following a harried production schedule on season three and a very public dispute with Chevy Chase over filming, it seems kind of impossible that the show ever got to the six seasons for which the fans campaigned ceaselessly. #SixSeasonsAndAMovie became the rallying cry for Greendale's Human Beings and the lifespan of »

Community season 6 episodes 1 & 2 review: Ladders & Lawnmower Maintenance/Postnatal Care

18 March 2015 8:10 AM, PDT | Den of Geek | See recent Den of Geek news »

Community is back in a new home for its much-discussed sixth season, but is it still the same show?

This review contains spoilers.

“We'll definitely be back next year. If not, it'll be because an asteroid has destroyed all human civilization. And that's canon.”

Quick, to the internet! After NBC finally dropped the axe on Community, its “six seasons and a movie” mantra appeared to be in jeopardy. At the eleventh hour, the series found a second life on the Yahoo! Screen streaming service and we've got 13 new episodes before Dan Harmon and company have to start thinking about a movie.

The first two episodes arrived online on Tuesday - if you're in the UK it's also broadcast on Wednesdays at 10pm on the Sony Entertainment Channel. Greendale Community College has never been more accessible, but is the new season trying to keep everyone happy?
