Character error

The flight attendant speaks Filipino to the "drunk" passenger. She says, "Malalagnat ka ba?" which literally translates as "Are you going to be having a fever?" ("Do you have a fever?" would be "Nilalagnat ka ba?").

Continuity

The pen House uses in the plane was supposed to be permanent, but after changes in camera angles and scenes, the penmanship changes, especially the size of the letter P, which suggests that the writing was erased and rewritten.

Factual errors

House says the pilots all ate the rib-eye steak, but standard airline procedure is that pilots don't eat the same meal in case of food poisoning.

Revealing mistakes

The airline is "Malaysian Pacific Airlines", and the flight originates from Singapore, but the flight attendant speaks Tagalog (a Filipino language) to the ill Korean passenger, and none of the Asian passengers resemble typical Malaysians or Singaporeans.

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Character error
