This film features a basic Japanese High School plot - boy likes girl, girl likes boy, and they can't seem to articulate their feelings for each other. The movie follows the stories of two High School 3nen sei, or seniors, who both have crushes on boys in their school, one a baseball player and the other a musician. One girl, Kayoko, gets her boy, at the expense of an earlier boyfriend's feelings, and the other girl gets to only be friends with the guitarist she longs for.
