Just as we can express our opinions freely (bar actual slander and copyright infringement) without risk of persecution in this forum, so may others in such Websites as www.votefortheworst.com. Sanjaya may not be everyones dream of the next American Idol. So what? Its a REALITY SHOW people. No matter who wins or loses, the true talent will not be losers. They will continue to be successful. The longer Sanjaya remains in this REALITY SHOW, the more people will be entertained. Its a win-win situation. People (in general) are not watching this show to hear the judges praise the good singers; people by their very nature, are more interested in listening to the judges rip on the "contestants" and are hoping that the humiliation will cause the person to publicly break down. Why do we watch most reality shows? We watch, in the hopes to catch a glimpse of human misery to help us forget our own. Sanjaya is not an idiot boy, he knows what is going on around him and what is being said and blogged. He could quit at any time. He knows he is helping a top rated show continue to be successful by being their puppet, by that, Sanjaya continues to be successful himself. Stay strong Sanjaya!!!
