- In the filler episodes there is a character called Jiraiya who Naruto always calls pervy sage this character flirts with every single female character in series but this is only used comedy purposes.
- In a filler episode Naruto tries to peak in the girl's bath
- Around 4-5 scenes of back/side nudity in series, one scene with female side breast nudity when Forbidden Jutsu scroll is being implanted into a girl in cave, back male and female nudity in hot springs in Power miniseries and when Ki first joins team. (In filler)
- "Pervert" is used for describe characters who see girl breast/butt/nudity.
- Sexual innuendo and jokes in filler episodes.
- Naruto sometimes uses his "Sexy Jutsu", which allows him to transform into a naked girl. The jutsu is only done as a prank though and thick steam covers the breasts and genitals. (Filler episodes)
Violence & Gore

- In one episode there's a scene when a teenager killed a man by punching him repeatedly in the face until his skull crushed we can see his fist stuck in the man's face briefly while he was trying to get his fist out of the man's face this scene is extremely disturbing and violent. Then he is shown going into a rampage killing everyone on sight we see blood scattering. (Too violent in TV-PG on Adult Swim)
- Strong violence is present in most episodes. The great ninja war arc is especially filled with violence.
- The show get more violent and darker as the series goes on near the end of the show there is a really graphic scene of a girl committing suicide by stabbing herself in the neck with a knife we see blood scattering from the wound (uncut version)
- A man got eaten alive by a group of sharks on screen not too graphic as the scene was shaded with a huge amount of blood after they started eating him.
- In some episodes characters are getting chopped and losing arms.
- In some episodes characters are getting stabbed in the series.
- A lot of severe and graphic violence.
- Mostly over-the-top ninja battles throughout course in this series. The content grows up a bit with them: Violence is central to the story and involves hand-to-hand combat using a huge array of weapons and special techniques that cause harm and show light-to-moderate amounts of blood.
- Most episodes shows Sakura beating up Naruto.
- This Shippuden Fights can be intense and certain characters do die, much more bloodshed and violence than in the original "Naruto" series. (Worse that like airing on Cartoon Network children's television network in original episodes 2002 and Shippuden 2007 on Disney XD)
- War is a very prominent theme throughout the series, several villages are shown being in ruins during flashbacks and the effects of wars are shown. One of the main villains is a war orphan.
- In all battles we see lots of violence and blood. Characters are smashed, thrown down from great heights, decapitated, and sometimes brutally killed by people that they love. In some episodes we see lots of people losing their houses and families by giant tailed creatures and other ninjas.
Profanity

- The English dub contains mild language such as hell, damn and bastard.
- In the English sub, Hidan says "Damn it". However in the English dub, he says "What?"
- Disney XD removes profanity due to it being a kids network.
- Swearing is not excessive but still present and includes words such as hell and damn.
- (Deleted. Personal opinions about fake subtitle with strong languages are not appropriate for the Parents Guide.)
- Swearing only goes up to "bastard" in sub, all swears in dub are extremely infrequent.
- Minor profanities includes "hell", "damn", "bastard", "ass", and "crap".
- A man says he needs to take a piss.
- "Son of a bitch" was only used once of the entire series in the English dub.
- The dub version contains very infrequent uses of "hell", "damn", "crap" and "bastard", some uses of "ass" and one use of "son of a bitch" (the sub version contains no uses of ''Bitch'').
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Mild overall.
- Asuma is shown to be a chain-smoker and smokes cigarettes frequently in his appearances. (Disney XD obviously removed this)
- Sometimes characters will drink a type of Japanese wine called sake, but it's rare.
- Tsunade has some alcoholic tendencies and is drunk in one episode, but played for laughs.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The show can be very emotionally intense at times.
- Numerous dead bodies are littered across the battle ground. Their injuries are shown. This can be frightening for young viewers.
- The show contains graphic deaths, some disturbing scenes, and a very dark tone is present.
- It should be noted that the series is getting more violent for kids that even Disney XD wouldn't continues to air it.
- Cannibalism is mentioned a few times throughout the series , in one episode there is a scene of man eating a dead man's body nothing graphic as it was shown from a distance for a few seconds but it's still quit unsettling.
- Many children are shown dead which can be upsetting for viewers
- Mild/moderate Horror themes throughout the show
- Even it's lighthearted and happy-go-lucky for the most part is present, this is still darkest and emotional series of the Naruto franchise.
- The fighting at times can be quite intense as certain characters use techniques that range from harmless to down right disturbing and with gruesome results.
- Several Akatsuki members and Orochimaru especially can be disturbing and may frighten younger viewers.
- The Shinobi World War saga is extremely intense and emotional, with the main theme being war. Several main characters die and tragic backstories are uncovered.
- When Orochimaru and the Akatsuki members appear, the atmosphere becomes dark and intense.

Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore
- In one of the final episodes of the series, Naruto and Sasuke fight a bloody battle. At the end of the fight, one arm is missing from each of them. The wounds are visible and blood is shown. This is a graphic scene.
- In episode 136 or 137, Itachi attempted to grab Sasuke's eye. Sasuke is heard screaming in pain. This scene is really graphic and horribly scary, but it is not shown.
- In episode 322, Madara fights the Allied Shinobi. This scene is intense and bloody as hand to hand combat is present. (This scene is not so violent in TV-PG on Adult Swim)
- When Gaara fights the Akatuski member Deidara, Gaara uses his "Sand Coffin" to crush his arm, and blood is seen running through the sand.
- Kakashi has flashbacks of him impaling his close friend through the heart.
- After Pain fighting Jiraiya, Pain cuts Jiraiya's arm and you can see his lot of bloods on his arm, and Pain will soon killing Jiraiya for about causing his weakness and injured, he grabs him on his neck and causing his mouth on his bloods, and he uses Black Reciever weapon to stabbing Jiraiya on his back and Jiraiya will dying soon.
- Danzo getting crushed and splatting bloods by Sasuke using his Susanoo form. (When Sasuke stopped Danzo speech about Itachi is truth about Danzo his done by the clan) But in that case he was still alive in behind.
- Naruto was stabbed his hands by Pain with his black rods, Pain uses more weapons to stabbing the body to prevent Naruto getting up. While Hinata will help Naruto to remove black rods and fight him, and she was failed to save Naruto and getting killed.
- Sasuke vs Killer B is to intense fight, when Sasuke finally defeated Killer B, Killer B was in determination and uses his ability called Jutsu: Lariat to kill Sasuke with his lot of bloods in his chest hole.
- Another Lariat Jutsu, Killer B and A are brothers uses attack together to kill Kisame with scissor his neck, and flying up to the head. (The scene is so violent but is not graphic)
- When Sasuke uses Chidori Spear to save Karin for begging him, in fact Sasuke did not save her and stabs Karin and Danzo for causing bleeding. After Danzo was defeated while using his Destruction Jutsu, Karin was still alive, and Sasuke tried to kill her with his Chidori again but it stopped by Sakura.
- A Yamato getting stabbed by Sasuke's sword with his Chidori.
- In Episode 143 , Bee is seen using a techinque called "Lariat" Against sasuke , Severely damaging his neck and chest area , An ample amount of blood Is seen along with Flesh Crunching noises being heard, The wound is Covered by his clothes . This is a serious Graphic Scene.
- In one episode,Naruto's Internal (Nine Tails) power Causes his skin to disintegrate , Covering his entire body with blood , This scene is Seriously graphic and Can disturb Many audiences.
- One main villain named Pain wishes to make every nation spiral into an all-out war, not caring for the millions of deaths it'd cause. He calmly kills several people throughout the series and decimates an entire village, killing hundreds, just to make Naruto fight him.
- An Akatsuki member named Hidan has voodoo doll-like powers that allows him to inflict any wounds done to him to his opponents. Since he's immortal, he frequently stabs and slices himself and enjoys the pain in a masochistic manner. In one scene, he is decapitated but the neck wound isn't shown.
- Another Akatsuki member named Kakuzu takes the hearts of his opponents to make himself immortal. He does this while they're still alive, however it is only shown once in a flashback as the body is silhouetted.
- In 120 episode, a young child is crushed by a giant rock. He is later shown to have survived, but half of his face is horribly scarred. And almost half of his body needs to be replaced with synthetic cells.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Minato and Kushina's death is fairly upsetting and sad. Killed by the Reaper Death Seal and the Nine Tailed Fox respectively, because Obito took control of it.
- Jiraiya's death is one of the saddest because he was one of naruto's favourite teachers. He was killed by pain who again dies emotionally later on.
- Asumas death is sad as he was shikamaru's teacher. He was killed by hidan who also eventually dies
- Sasuke's parents as well as his clan get massacred by Itachi. It is revealed later on that Danzo ordered Itachi to murder the clan except his brother.
- Neji sacrifices himself to save his friends. His death is very upsetting.
- In numerous flashbacks. There are some scenes that are VERY intense, sad, upsetting, and abusing, because Minato, Kushina and Jiraiya are dead. Sasuke's parents and Itachi are dead too. The Uchiha's deaths were caused by Obito and Danzo. Pain kills his former teacher Jiraiya and Itachi succumbs to illness. Naruto and Sasuke are crying because of their losses (These scenes can be very intense for younger audiences).
- One of the villains kills the main character's friend and then mocks him for not protecting him. This can be very intense.
- In a filler episode when Yahiko forward to Nagato and kill himself with his kunai, Nagato will save Konan and stop Hanzo to kill her, but Hanzo attempts Nagato to kill Yahiko and Yahiko tells him to kill him but Nagato can't.
- The final battle between Sasuke and Itachi is tragic and upsetting because Itachi is sasukes brother. Itachi dies in the end but his death can be very emotional.
- Besides Naruto, Sasuke has flashbacks of the deaths of his parents and clan, which are very emotional because it was his older brother forced to kill them on orders from Danzo. Itachi was discriminated as a rogue Shinobi. He was discriminated because he was a threat to the village because they think he helped destroyed the clan and was going to destroy the leaf. This could be intense for young viewers.
