Scooby-Doo and the gang are hoping to ski in Winterhaven, but the town has no power, no guests and no citizens. Well, Mayor Dudley is still there. And so is Mr. Collins who owns the power and light company. And it seems Voltner, the chief electrician, has also remained - as the 10,000-volt Ghost. . . . Professor Ronald Hickman, once a good man and the world's leading scientist, conducted one experiment too many and wound up with his great brain trapped in the body of a lowly worm. This warped his mind and changed him from an upstanding citizen into the criminal mastermind, the Worm. When the Worm frees two other great criminals from prison to make them his henchmen, it's up to the Blue Falcon and his mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, to stop him. Written by J. Spurlin
