Storyline

In the season finale, Ando fears his friend is powerless to keep him alive, so he steals Hiro's sword and goes after Sylar, himself. Nathan comes between Peter and Claire. Jessica tries to find her son after Lindeman and DL get killed and finds Nikki occupying the same space as herself. Mohindar does everything in his power to keep Molly alive, even though Noah Bennett wants her dead, thinking she's a missing link. And it all sets the stage for the showdown between Sylar and Peter. Trivia

Shooting in a public plaza for the climax posed several problems. They were not allowed to begin filming until after 7pm. The two children involved were only allowed to stay on set till midnight. And while it appears that most of the cast finally assembles together for the first time in this scene, logistically most of them had to be filmed separately due to availability issues. Overall, the scene took five days to be filmed. See more »

Goofs

After Nathan flies a nuclear charged Peter into the air he explodes, yet the lights and the power in New York City remain undisrupted. All of the power should have gone out due to the Compton effect. When a nuclear explosion occurs in the atmosphere, it creates an E.M.M.A. pulse; a photon wave of up to 50 Billion Megawatts. (Such a feat was displayed in an earlier episode when Ted Sprague shorted out the power in the Primatech Paper building in order to escape.) See more »

The last episode of Heroes truly delivered. It brings together all the heroes for the first time to make their stand. The humanity and super-humanity existing within all these heroes truly inspire us to live through inspiration that we have the choice to heal and save this world without having to make any devastating sacrifices; but what we choose to do is entirely up to us.

Peter, is impossible not to fall in love with, he is, to me, the truest hero of the show. Built upon love and compassion, which is how we should heal the world.

This whole show is truly amazing, addressing all forms of prejudice, spirituality, tolerance, compassion, healing...and above all love.
