The monster is a detached penis.

Surprisingly, this movie focuses more on the horror aspect of the plot than the porn aspect.

Lots of uses of fuck in a sexual context, as well as other typical adult movie dialogue.

Bare breasts for about half a minute and a couple sex scenes with graphic dialogue, but nothing shown.

Still more than almost anything in mainstream Hollywood, but this movie is very far from being pornographic.

The premise of this film is that there is a supernatural killer on the loose. Several of the characters are stalked and killed, though there is little graphic violence. A few victims are shown, but no murders. Some bloody wounds are featured; however, the fact that every murder in this film is committed by a severed dick (plus the fact that so few characters are at all honorable or likable) makes them harder to take seriously. The only really graphic scene is when the dick zips right through a guy and cuts him in half (shown).

Constant f-words, s-words, etc., plus lots of frank sexual dialogue and porn terms.

Some drinking and smoking, none abusive. Lots of references, not really anything heavy.

There are a decent helping of jump scenes, stalking scenes, and gross-out scenes, but less than in most horror flicks. Hard to make a killer dick all that scary.

Total: 35/50

Rated R for strong sexual content throughout including crude dialogue, and for nudity, language and some gore
