Ray Moore again!
MarkLynnIreland12942 April 2022
Coming up to the fifteenth year anniversary of this The Bill episode was released in early April 2007. This episode directed by Laurence Moody previously directed the following episode I'll give a review on later-on.

Another episode of John Heaton's archenemy Ray Moore, now revelation he has a brother-in-law Martin, who works as a solicitor, and a daughter Annie. Hate to call the girl Annie a brat (holding teenage lad at gunpoint over her stolen bike) yet reminds me of spoilt granddaughter of elderly businessman in movie Elevator. Luckily nobody, not even Annie got shot by police marksmen. Like Ray Moore's actor Mark Bonnar, Annie is played by guest star appearance: Megan Jossa - who played Grant's daughter Courtney Mitchell on EastEnders in 2006, as well as the real life cousin of Jacqueline Jossa (Lauren Branning).

Another guest star of Peter Guinness again as magistrate and Gina's married lover: Peter Harris. When he arrived at the station unannounced and Gina saw him, she gave the hilarious wide-eyed reaction like seeing a ghost. She agrees to stay a night in a hotel with him when leaving together in a taxi. I can't help adoring these episodes of Gina and Peter, even the following episode to this one is also interesting.

I don't care the whole ludicrous storyline policewomen Emma Keane and Diane Noble investigate, involves some lad doing life-and-death jump from building.

As for John Heaton's vendetta against Ray Moore, I admire how intelligent Ray Moore always one step ahead. Ray Moore murdered his acquaintance Paddy Morgan who double-crossed him, using the gun which his daughter Annie was seen using and Ray purposefully handled the gun with his bare hands and had the bullets removed from Paddy's dead body before it was found and forensically analysed. Heaton eventually has a witness to Ray Moore murdering Paddy Morgan.
