The Battle To Obtain Silence
19 February 2010 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

If you're a fan of Wallace & Gromit, you should love these short (6-7 minutes) animated shorts under the title of "Shaun of the Sheep."

In this fourth episode of a series that began in 2007 (on British TV, I assume). the question is, "How do the sheep silence a bawling baby who will keep them awake all night if he doesn't get his favorite teddy bear to cuddle with? Earlier in the day, when the house owner sees the stuffed animal on the ground and brings it inside, the sheep soon discover they have to get it back if they want any peace-and-quiet. The enter their way inside the resident but soon see a problem: the house cat.

The battle between the sheep and cat is very good and typical of humor in this show, and the cleverness.

What happens at the end is ironic. Kids - you figure 'em out.
