Although set in Papua New Guinea, many errors are present: - None of the 'native' people are Melanesian (the ethnicity of Papuans, Solomon Islanders and Fijians) - The languages spoken are not New Guinean, although 'pidgin' (a mixture of English and Pacific Island) is spoken at one point. This is the most likely language to be spoken to Westerners in these regions - Missionaries have not been present in any significance in PNG for decades - The dress and jewellery worn is not from New Guinea, or only bears slight resemblance - Animal skins are seen in a remote village that are not on the island (especially big cat skins)
