Storyline

For the first time on TV, the Danish Film Academy presented its annual awards to Danish and international filmmakers, with Drømmen (2006) and _Soap, En (2006)_ as major winners. Hosted by comedians Martin Buch and Rasmus Botoft in character as Dusk and Bomholt, respectively, the broadcast from the television studios at DR Byen also featured a performance by singer Dario Campeotto. Broadcast a few hours after the event, the special was edited to fit a 90-minute time slot. Written by Peter Brandt Nielsen
