No. I would not buy a used car from that man.

Warning: Spoilers
Veteran character actors Arch Johnson and Phil Leeds play the owner and head salesman of a used car lot that Ron Silver is sure is shady. This upsets station owner Max Showalter who is a friend of Johnson's, after Stockard, a fan of Johnson, an old time western movie musical actor, disguises herself to get the scoop. This leads to a very funny scene at the car lot between Channing and Leeds whom I swear has appeared on practically every sitcom ever made.

"I may be crooked but I ain't stupid", Johnson proclaims when he gets caught (literally getting away with his fraud), and the result is a very amusing episode that shows how sometimes criminals can get away with their illegal activities simply because they are charming. Stage veteran Showalter gets to show off his song and dance skills and it's quite amusing but a little bit of that goes a long way.
