Season 1, Episode 1: iPilot
8 September 2007Carly Shay is a 13-year-old girl who lives with her 26-year-old brother in an artist's loft in Seattle. Her life is normal, until her and her friends Sam and Freddie start a web show called iCarly. It starts out when their teacher asks them to record auditions for the school talent show, but wouldn't let any of the kids they suggested be in the show. This led to them deciding to create a web show just for kids with strange talents.
8 September 2007Carly and Sam compete with Freddie and Spencer to see which team can increase the number of hits on Carly's website, using the most elaborate techniques available to each team. The losers have to touch the wart of the Bushwell Apartment doorman, Lewbert - a man that Carly & Sam are convinced is the meanest man alive. Judging from their hidden camera in the lobby of Carly's apartment building, it's easy to understand why they hate him.
16 September 2007After enduring Ms. Briggs' lesson on traditional Scottish folk dancing, Carly and Sam call for their viewers to send videos of their own dance routines. Soon enough, the site is filled with so many video files for them to review that it starts to go to their heads.
Season 1, Episode 4: iLike Jake
22 September 2007Jake Krandle, one of the cutest boys at Ridgeway Middle School breaks up with his girlfriend, and all the girls at school want a piece of him. Carly thinks she'll get just that when she invites him on her web-show to perform some songs he wrote. But during a rehearsal, Jake is found to be a horrible singer, and Carly has to struggle to convince an already jealous Freddie to digitally enhance his voice.
29 September 2007Carly gets caught in a custody battle between her brother and grandfather.
Season 1, Episode 6: iNevel
6 October 2007A tip from a potential fan prompts Carly to seek a review of her Web site by another site called Nevelocity.com, one of the major tastemakers for tweens on the Internet. Its Web master turns out to be Nevel Papperman, a creepy and slightly effeminate 11-year-old boy who seeks the same thing from Carly that Freddie has been trying to get since he met her. When she spurns his advances, he trashes the show. The only thing that can save it is for Carly, Freddie, and Sam to persuade him to write an honest review.
20 October 2007Carly, Sam, and Freddie shoot their Halloween web cast from an apartment that is rumored to be haunted. When creepy things start happening, the friends worry that the ghost rumors just might be true. Meanwhile, Spencer forgets to buy Halloween candy, and he ends up giving children odd and random objects, which leads them to the point of rolling him down the ocean with him inside a giant pumpkin that he carved. During the show, Sam shows viewers how to pull Halloween pranks using masks.
4 November 2007For a potential web-cast, Carly and Freddie try to find out if Mrs. Briggs' hostility extends beyond the classroom, and end up getting trapped in her house.
10 November 2007Freddie finally gets a girlfriend, but she's an apparent fan of Carly's rather than Carly herself.
17 November 2007Carly and Sam try to break the world record for the longest web-cast.
1 December 2007Nevel Papperman(see "iNevel," Episode #1.6) is back, and instead of trashing iCarly in his articles, he has directly sabotaged the website itself. Meanwhile Spencer persuades the Plain White T's to perform on Carly's show as a favor for preventing lead singer Tom Higgenson from being hit by a falling sign at the mall. But how do they expect the band to perform on a show nobody can see?
12 January 2008A ridiculous technicality costs Carly her streak of straight A's. The next day as Sam is being punished, she manages to fix Carly's grades with the school computers(and for some reason, Freddie's), and makes her promise not to tell anybody. Because Sam's scheme involves Freddie, Carly decided to tell only him about it, and Carly can't decide whether the guilt over Sam's amateur hacking or Freddie's sophisticated effort to undo the fix will gnaw away at her conscience first.
19 January 2008Carly and Sam invite their biggest fan to the set of their show, only to realize that she's a bit more than they bargained for.
Season 1, Episode 14: iHeart Art
2 February 2008Spencer is demoralized when his artistic idol Harry Joyner gives a bad review of his work. It's up to his little sister and her web show to bring him out of his funk and keep his artistic ambitions going, otherwise he may give them up for good. Freddie makes a bet with Sam that she can't go through life without insulting him, which is driving her almost as crazy as her mother.
9 February 2008Love becomes a distraction for the iCarly Crew once again, as a boy named Jonah monopolizes Sam's time.
23 February 2008Carly and Sam decide to hatch baby chicks for a science project. However, the chicks all escape and get lost in the apartment. Carly, Sam, Freddie, and Spencer learn that if they don't find the chicks in time, the baby chicks will die, and must search frantically before time runs out. In the end, they find all the chicks and they survive.
1 March 2008On the fifth anniversary of their friendship, Carly gives Sam a one-of-a-kind iCarly T-Shirt as a gift. Desperate for an attempt to return the favor, Sam tries to buy a pair of hard-to-find concert tickets for Carly's favorite band from a scalper. With no other means to purchase the tickets, she sells him the shirt and puts both Carly's show and their friendship at risk.
15 March 2008Carly, Sam, and Freddie get a cash-boost for their show when a shoe company gets them to promote a trendy new pair of shoes. The trouble is that the shoes are extraordinarily bad, and the backlash they get at school and on the web hits them hard. It doesn't help that they find themselves unable to break out of their contract with the shoe company... or are they?
22 March 2008Plans for the landmark 50th web cast of iCarly are at risk of being curtailed when Sam gets detention. Realizing she can't do the show without her co-host, Carly and Freddie try to get in trouble themselves, so they can do the live web cast from their school's detention room. However, deliberately trying to get detention proves to be far more difficult than Carly can imagine, and even harder for Freddie.
Season 1, Episode 20: iStakeout
5 April 2008The Seattle Police Department uses Carly and Spencer's apartment for surveillance when a suspected video pirate is seen in the background of an iCarly webcast. One of the cops turns out to be a former bully that Spencer knew at summer camp, who sadly hasn't change that much since he was a kid.
26 April 2008Carly's fame draws the attention of a private boarding school, who want her to enroll as a new student.
Season 1, Episode 22: iFence
10 May 2008Realizing that his time with Carly and Sam has become too girly(despite his lingering crush on Carly), Freddie seeks some "guy time" with Spencer, which happens to be a fencing class for which Freddie turns out to be quite the swordsman. During this period, Freddie gets caught up in the rivalry between Spencer and a snobbish posse of fencers lead by Doug Toder, and finds himself competing with him in a duel. When his fretful mother finds out, she reveals a family secret in a last-ditch effort to try to talk him out of the competition. In the meantime, Carly is forced to endure and prepare for an upcoming visit from some embarrassing, ultra-geeky relatives.
13 June 2008A television programming director realizes that iCarly is funnier than anything his network currently has available for the upcoming fall lineup. Unfortunatley, upon acquiring the show, the network takes it further and further away from Carly's original vision, and exploits and torments Freddie more than Sam and his mother combined.
25 July 2008Carly tries to get her web show viewers to take a boy in her school on a date.
25 July 2008Lauren Ackerman, Carly's history teacher has become an emotional wreck after her boyfriend dumps her, and she takes her heartache out on everybody in class, including Carly. When Spencer discovers her agony during what passes for a parent-teacher conference, he decides to be her new knight in shining armor and fills the hole in her heart. Though things go smoothly for Spencer, Miss Ackerman, and her class at first, soon Spencer, Carly, Sam, and Freddie find that it's going to take a lot more than just a little loving to keep the teacher happy, and her class safe.
27 September 2008Carly and Sam both develop a crush on a friend of Freddie's named Shane.
4 October 2008Carly tries to lure Spencer away from an addiction to video games. Sam tries to con Freddie into thinking an un-forwarded chain e-mail is bringing him bad luck.
Season 2, Episode 3: iOwe You
11 October 2008When Sam hears that Freddie is fed up with her "borrowing" money, and Carly convinces her his complaints are legitimate, Sam takes desperate measures to try to pay back everybody she owes, ranging from pleading for money on Carly's web-show to... of all things, getting a job! Meanwhile, Spencer volunteers to sell fudge-balls for a shy Sunshine Girl in order to impress her attractive single mother.
18 October 2008The annoying doorman Lewbert gets injured during an "iCarly" sketch, and he and Freddie's mom end up falling in love with each other while she nurses him back to health. As Spencer fills in for him, he finds an old Citizens Band Radio and decides to put it back to use so he can play around with it, which unfortunately infuriates a convoy of truck drivers.

15 November 2008Carly, Sam, and Spencer learn that the proprietor of their favorite pie shop has passed away.
Season 2, Episode 6: iChristmas
13 December 2008Paying homage to "It's a Wonderful Life" and lifting dialogue from "A Charlie Brown Christmas," when Spencer builds a metal Christmas tree containing an electromagnet that sets the gifts that Carly plans to give on fire, she wishes that her brother had been normal. An angel named Mitch hears her wish and grants it, which teaches her a valuable lesson.
Season 2, Episode 7: iKiss
3 January 2009When Sam overhears Freddie admit he has never been kissed, she decides it would be fun to expose this confession on Carly's web show, until the rampant humiliation he receives at school makes her regret her decision.
17 January 2009A car-giveaway contest on the Web show turns into a problem when the dealership supplying the vehicle expresses no knowledge of the contest. Carly asks Spencer for help, but he's focused on a new movie prop he purchased.
7 February 2009Carly gets caught up in a feud between two performers on "America Sings".
Season 2, Episode 10: iMeet Fred
16 February 2009While on the air, Freddie reveals that he is not a fan of an internet sensation; Spencer lets a magic meatball make his decisions for him.
7 March 2009Carly and her friends hire some doppleganger fans to stand in for them while they sneak off to interview some mixed martial arts athletes.
21 March 2009Due to a mishap with Spencer's credit card, Spencer inadvertently orders 200 pillows, and Carly loses access to her domain name, only to find that it's now owned by obsessed iCarly fan Mandy Valdez (see "iAm Your Biggest Fan," episode #1.13.). To make matters worse, after struggling to negotiate the return of the rights to her website, Mandy ends up being tricked into signing it over to Carly's nemesis, Nevel Papperman. Now Carly and her friends must do all they can to take it back from Nevel, who's willing to give it back to her... in exchange for another kiss.
11 April 2009Carly gives Sam a makeover when she develops a crush on a boy at school who only likes girly-girls. Somewhat similarly, Spencer thinks a girl only likes him because of a tuxedo.
22 April 2009Carly and her peers desperately try to pass a class assignment given by an eco-obsessed science teacher.
9 May 2009Carly and Spencer become upset when their new neighbor Griffin steals the motorcycle that Carly bought for Spencer. Spencer lets Griffin off the hook, but Carly becomes upset. However, when Spencer later goes out to get smoothies, he returns to find Carly and Griffin kissing on the couch. Spencer becomes furious, forces Griffin to leave, and forbids Carly to see him, though he eventually allows them to resume dating. Meanwhile, Sam pays Freddie $50 to make a website and has a lawyer write them a contract.
16 May 2009When Carly's long-lost best friend Missy returns to Seattle, Sam fears that Missy is trying to replace her. Meanwhile, Spencer finds himself trapped in a basement.
13 June 2009Carly is convinced that a show in Hollywood is stealing her ideas, so she and her friends take a trip to Los Angeles in order to stop the cast and crew.
27 June 2009Sam and Freddie are forced to share a locker, while Carly seeks art lessons from Spencer.
Season 2, Episode 19: iTwins
11 July 2009Surprise, surprise! Sam has a twin sister named Melanie. Even more of a surprise, she's much girlier than Sam and quite fond of Freddie, who suspects that she's actually Sam in disguise. In the meantime, Carly offers to tutor a boy named Chuck, who has been a sworn enemy of Spencer, who struggles to convince her that he's a little brat.
8 August 2009Carly and martial-arts champ Shelby Marx (Zoey 101's and Spectacular!'s Victoria Justice) agree to have an exhibition fight for charity after Carly jokingly challenges her to a match. Unfortunately, Carly accidentally falls on Shelby's grandmother during a press conference. Thinking Shelby wants revenge, Carly backs out of the fight, only to be ridiculed as a coward. Carly visits Shelby and apologizes, and the fight is back on. However, Nevel Papperman alters a clip of the press conference to make it look like Carly intentionally tackled Shelby's grandma to dupe Shelby into fighting Carly. Shelby, furious, attacks Carly for real during the match, Carly then holds Shelby's leg for the rest of the "fight".
12 September 2009A broken tooth for Sam and a trip to the dentist requiring an excessive amount of nitrous oxide, leads to the revelation of a deep, dark secret that shakes the relationship of the entire iCarly cast and crew. Meanwhile Spencer offers to teach art to some prisoners in the hope of weaning them away from a life of crime... with disastrous results.
Season 3, Episode 2: iCook
19 September 2009Carly and Sam use Spencer's spaghetti taco recipe in a competition with a TV Chef, and defeat him on his own show for the first time, sending him into what would seem like an inescapable depression. When they find out how severe his funk is, they try to help him out of it. But will their good deed lead to good rewards, or unleash the hidden wrath of a madman?
26 September 2009Carly, Sam, and Freddie hold a speed-dating contest when so many boys want to escort Carly to a dance.
3 October 2009Carly and Sam host an award show for the best fan-made videos.
17 October 2009Principal Franklin is fired after appearing as a guest on iCarly and is replaced by Mr. Howard, the math teacher, and Miss Briggs, the English teacher as co-principals. Spencer hires a rodeo star to teach him how to ride a mechanical bull.
