Storyline

Anna Sivarro calls Horatio, claiming she woke up after blacking out in the hotel-suite where Doug Lansing was murdered and scalped. Facing fingerprints, bellhop Jesse Stark admits solely to stealing from the mini-bar which he restocked. Louis Sullivan is accidentally filmed while breaking in to Annie's, where her colleague Tess' black book is stolen, embarrassing for many, including Reggie Veston. He's the manager of the Kipaya tribal casino, which has its profits scammed by reputedly corrupt city supervisor Scott O'Shay, making all Indians potential suspects. Then Reggie is murdered at home.
