Three parties and a coming out: Encouraged by her friend Emily, Nora asks out her creative writing teacher and ends up the center of attention of his cocktail party. Kitty goes on a weekend trip to Senator McCallister home town of Castroville, California, to interview locals for a campaign video. Sarah joins her, and they end up drunk at a high school kegger. Justin goes to a party with Rebecca and discovers she is seeking the same drug-induced escape that he has been trying to leave behind.
