Storyline

Con artist Dinah arrives in Santa Ana, CA with her latest mark, a Colombian drug dealer, hot on her trail. She is surprised to find her ex-husband and former partner-in-crime Riley, who's done the unthinkable: he's gone straight, working as television producer John Reid on a local consumer affairs show. Masquerading as reporter Jennie Jerome, she unwillingly gets him involved in a plea for help from an heiress unjustly confined to a private mental hospital while trying to elude her own pursuers. Quotes

Dinah: Okay, it's your turn now to play a little show-and-tell; why are you in Santa Ana, huh?
Riley: I live here.
Dinah: [smiling] Yeah, I got that part; it's the "why" I'm really having trouble with -
Riley: You DO remember the last time we saw each other, don't you?
Dinah: [smile fades] Of course I remember the last time we saw each other.
Riley: Well, any good con man should realize when it's time to fold up the table and put the shells back in the pocket. That little fiasco in Monte Carlo told me loud and clear: time is up.
