Storyline

Con artist Dinah arrives in Santa Ana, CA with her latest mark, a Colombian drug dealer, hot on her trail. She is surprised to find her ex-husband and former partner-in-crime Riley, who's done the unthinkable: he's gone straight, working as television producer John Reid on a local consumer affairs show. Masquerading as reporter Jennie Jerome, she unwillingly gets him involved in a plea for help from an heiress unjustly confined to a private mental hospital while trying to elude her own pursuers.
