Trivia:
The original air date of this episode, which involves a murder on a college campus, was delayed a full year in the wake of the tragic mass shooting at Virginia Tech on April 16th, 2007. Incidentally, something very similar happened to star David Boreanaz, almost exactly eight years earlier when an episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997) titled "Earshot," which involved a school shooting plot, was postponed following the tragedy at Columbine High. moreGoofs:
Continuity: At approximately 39 minutes and 45 seconds into the episode, Officer Cutler pulls out the gun to shoot himself. You can barely see it but the first time he drops the gun accidentally and the camera pans up just a tiny bit and then goes back down to see Cutler pull out his gun the second time. Then the scene continues as the camera pans up for the second time. moreFAQ

B&B investigate the remains of a star college basketball player found crushed to death under the bleachers in the college gym. But was he dead before or after the bleachers were closed? It gets worse: the player apparently was on steroids. Brennan gets an introduction to the world of jocks and a side of college she certainly never experienced. Not much frivolity here. There's a side angle involving the sexual antics of the students, which eventually leads to the solution. Not one of my favorite episodes. But for those who decide to watch it, remember blue lipstick. And you get to see Brennan showing a maternal side when she finds a nest of baby rats inside the corpse's body.
