And although TV bosses haven't officially stated the show will end, actor Underwood, who plays Simon Elder in the show, confesses the cast and crew have called it a day.
He tells E! Online, "As far as I'm concerned, we're not doing any more shows.
"ABC officially doesn't want to use the C-word, cancelled, but we're not on the schedule. I would pretty much say we're cancelled."
The show, which focuses on the lives of a wealthy New York family, first appeared on the small screen in September 2007.
Channing Tatum's fiancee, actress Jenna Dewan, recently wrapped filming in Michigan on her newest movie 'American Virgin' (aka 'Virgin on Bourbon Street') with Rob Schneider and Brianne Davis, so she's been able to attend some events again this past week.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (the organization that throws the Golden Globes awards show each year) threw a Golden Globes Salute to Young Hollywood party at Nobu in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles, California last night (December 17, 2008), and I have a few new photos to share with you all.
Jenna was spotted on the star-studded red carpet and inside the event with celebs like 90210's AnnaLynne McCord, Heroes' Kristen Bell, Brea Grant, Twilight's Taylor Lautner, Gabrielle Union, Entourage's Kevin Connolly, Taye Diggs, Sanaa Lathan, Lakeview Terrace's Kerry Washington, and former Dirty Sexy Money actress Samaire Armstrong.

There is a circular kismet in Ron Howard's "Frost/Nixon" nomination for best directing: In 1977 he was nominated for best supporting actor in "The Shootist," and attended the ceremony while at the same time broadcaster David Frost was holed up at the hotel and working with his research team on the history interview. "It's funny to think, 31 years later, that I was actually downstairs him."
The nomination is Howard's fifth, and the feelings are not old hat. "What I'm realizing is that I don't think you ever become blase about this kind of acknowledgment. It's the immediate recognition of the challenges that your most recent work presented; each time I make a film, anyone makes a film, it's a huge undertaking and two years of your life.
And Howard, used to making high-concept, big-budget, star-driven Hollywood movies, is also grasping with how much the awards season means to films that are opposite of that. »
ABC's guilty pleasure, Dirty Sexy Money, has been struggling. This season, the TV show has been averaging just six million viewers. The network had ordered 13 episodes for year two with the option of purchasing additional installments. They decided against exercising that option but one of the series' stars says that it's not over yet.
Dirty Sexy Money follows a lawyer (Peter Krause) who gets talked into representing the powerful Darling family; patriarch Tripp (Donald Sutherland), wife Letitia (Jill Clayburgh), and their five grown children -- politician Patrick (William Baldwin), promiscuous Karen (Natalie Zea), corrupt clergyman Brian (Glenn Fitzgerald), and party-loving twins Jeremy (Seth Gabel) and Juliet (Samaire Armstrong). Other performers include Blair Underwood, Zoe McLellan, Lucy Liu, Will Shadley, Laura Margolis, Bellamy Young, Candis Cayne, Shawn Michael Patrick, Chloe Moretz, Sheryl Lee, Andrea Smithson, and Daniel Cosgrove.
The cast and crew have completed filming their 13th episode for the season »

Synopsis: After a high-speed car chase, Madea (Tyler Perry) winds up behind bars because her quick temper gets the best of her. Meanwhile, Assistant District Attorney Josh Hardaway (Derek Luke) lands a case that’s too personal to handle: that of a young prostitute and former drug addict named Candace (Keshia Knight Pulliam) . The actor appealed to American TV audiences on Tuesday, appearing on morning chat show Today and admitting the series is in turmoil after network bosses announced other ABC shows would soon be pulled from the air.
He said, "I think between the writers strike, (which) definitely hurt television, the economy going south, and then Wall Street collapsing, the networks are in full retreat mode."
Urging fans to take action, he added, "ABC has, I believe, cancelled Eli Stone and Pushing Daisies. And Pushing Daisies has 12 Emmy nominations. Our show is in trouble and if you're a fan of the show I really encourage you to watch the next couple of weeks and I would say go to ABC.com and click on Dirty Sexy Money.
"There's a place where you can send an email to the executives at ABC if you want - not boycott and protest, but if you want to support the show and demonstrate your love, I encourage people to do that." »
Thus far there's been no word on ABC execs changing their minds about ordering additional episodes of Dirty Sexy Money. Not only that, but it looks like the network's not going to air at least one of the installments they've already made.
As you might have noticed, last week's Thanksgiving eve episode was pulled in lieu of a Barbara Walter interview with President-elect Obama. The episode titled "The Facts" centers around Clark the chauffeur (Shawn Michael Patrick). While the Darling family are enjoying Thanksgiving at their New York mansion, Clark must fend off a relentless and sexy reporter (Rena Sofer) by setting the record straight about his employers.
The episode is essentially a clip show and features bits and pieces of unused film from season one. The installment also includes footage of missing-in-action sister Juliet (Samaire Armstrong) and an update on the character's love life.

Dirty Sexy Money may be "down," but it's not out. Yet. And it is in that spirit that I bring you this video Q&A with William Baldwin and Seth Gabel, aka Patrick and Jeremy Darling. Addressing the seeming incongruence of a series about the super-rich having appeal during our current economic downturn, Baldwin says, "You might think, 'What the heck do I have in common with these people?' But when you get into the relationships, the drama ... you can identify."
"Some people call [Dsm] a 'guilty pleasure,' Baldwin goes on to say. "If it is

And although it has not been confirmed whether law comedy Eli Stone, which recently featured a cameo from Katie Holmes, and Dirty Sexy Money have been pulled, Fuller admits his show will no longer run on the small screen.
He tells E! Online, "(ABC president) Steve McPherson called me, and said 'We gave it the best shot we could'.
"It's very likely that Pushing Daisies will end after episode 13, which as you know, is a cliffhanger."
But Fuller, who also created the show, insists he isn't too upset about the move, because he has a lot of plans for the series away from the limits of TV.
He adds, "We are talking to DC Comics about doing comic books that will wrap up our storylines, and I already have a pitch for a movie ready to go.
"I'm really not feeling very boo-hoo about it. I am so proud of the show. We put together 22 really good episodes, and there is a lot to be proud of. I'm sure I'll be working with a lot of these people again, and I would love to do so." »
After posting a series low in the ratings last night, ABC has decided against ordering additional episodes of Dirty Sexy Money. Does that mean it's cancelled?
Dirty Sexy Money follows nice-guy lawyer Nick George (Peter Krause) who takes over his late father's only client, the wealthy and powerful Darling family. Tripp Darling (Donald Sutherland) is incredibly influential but is living proof that money isn't everything. His relationships with his wife Letitia (Jill Clayburgh) and their five grown children is sometimes shaky at best. His adult children are politician Patrick (William Baldwin), promiscuous Karen (Natalie Zea), corrupt clergyman Brian (Glenn Fitzgerald), and immature, party-loving twins Jeremy (Seth Gabel) and Juliet (Samaire Armstrong). Other characters are played by Blair Underwood, Zoe McLellan, Lucy Liu, Will Shadley, Laura Margolis, Bellamy Young, Candis Cayne, Shawn Michael Patrick, Chloe Moretz, Sheryl Lee, Andrea Smithson, and Daniel Cosgrove.
Money debuted in September 2007 on ABC. The premiere »

ABC made a flurry of midseason programming announcements Thursday, including ordering more episodes of "Life on Mars" and deciding against picking up "Pushing Daisies," "Dirty Sexy Money" and "Eli Stone" for a full season.
The network informed producers of "Daisies," "Money" and "Stone" that no additional hours will be ordered at this time.
Actively avoiding the c-word, the network left the door open for ordering episodes in the future, though that is considered unlikely. The trio remain on the schedule for next week, and "Money" and "Stone" will finish their current production order (on their 12th and 13th episodes, respectively). "Daisies" has finished shooting.
Starting on Dec. 11, ABC will put "Mars" on hiatus and move "Private Practice" into its time period, giving the medical drama a "Grey's Anatomy" lead-in. "Practice" will air in repeats until it returns to originals Jan. 8.
The move gives "Mars," which started production later than most fall shows, »

Despite mediocre season one ratings, ABC decided to renew Dirty Sexy Money for year two. Unfortunately, it hasn't paid off and time is running out for the Darlings.
As Dirty Sexy Money begins, idealistic lawyer Nick George (Peter Krause) finds himself taking over his late father's single client, the rich and dysfunctional Darling family. Patriarch Tripp Darling (Donald Sutherland) is incredibly influential but needs help managing the fragile relationships with his wife Letitia (Jill Clayburgh) and their five grown children; politician Patrick (William Baldwin), promiscuous Karen (Natalie Zea), corrupt clergyman Brian (Glenn Fitzgerald), and immature, party-loving twins Jeremy (Seth Gabel) and Juliet (Samaire Armstrong).
Tripp also needs Nick's help in fending off enemies like billionaire Simon Elder (Blair Underwood). Thankfully, Nick has the support of his wife Lisa (Zoe McLellan) and their young daughter. Other characters are played by Lucy Liu, Will Shadley, Laura Margolis, Bellamy Young, Candis Cayne, Shawn Michael Patrick, »

William Baldwin's transsexual TV lover has dubbed the actor Hollywood's best kisser.
As evidenced by the season opener, Peter Krause says Dirty Sexy Money will "live up to the title this season more so than last." Though ABC was concerned about the characters being nice and likeable, he argues, "You can't make a high-stakes primetime soap with people getting stabbed in the back."
In a new TVGuide.com video, Krause goes on to ponder Letitia Darling's arrest ("Nick is more suspicious of someone else"), the prospect of Nick defending his own father's killer (at the 2:25 mark), and the possibility that Simon has a hand in this latest wrinkle (3:00).
As for things being "Ok" with his alter ego's marriage, Krause counters that Nick and Lisa "are on pretty shaky ground" (3:25), adding that Karen (and her considerable charms) might not be the only female interloper to worry about!

The actress felt compelled to learn French after visiting African countries - where few people speak English - as a Unicef ambassador.
She says, "I decided it (France) was a good place to go."
As well as learning French, the bilingual star can speak fluent Chinese, a little Japanese - which she learned for her role in Kill Bill, basic Italian and "a little Hebrew". »
Actor Blair Underwood is so hooked on showbusiness, he spends family vacations shooting home movies with his kids.
The Dirty Sexy Money star steps behind the camera to direct his wife Desiree, sons Paris, 11, and Blake, seven, and nine-year-old daughter Brielle, as they travel around the globe.
He reveals to Ok! magazine, "We shoot movies 'on location'. The kids write and star in them, and I direct them. We do posters and soundtracks too."
And he admits the process has given Brielle the acting bug: "The boys couldn't care less, but my daughter is into it. We were shooting a scene in Rome, and she said to me, 'Can I get an agent and do this for real?' Oh man." »
