Trivia:

Throughout the episode, Matt (under the influence of pills) asks his colleagues if they remembered a writer named Tim Batale from the 1998-1999 season. In Matt's flashbacks, we learn that Tim was fired for using pills. "Tim Batale" is an anagram of "Matt Albie."

Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In the flashback scene where Matt and Harriet are discussing angels, both characters refer to the New Testament book "Revelations" but the actual name of the book in question is Revelation.
