As Rattrap and Rhinox look up in terror when the Predacons are about to deliver the finishing strike, Rattrap's back armor passes completely into Rhinox's chest.
When Rhinox emerges from the healing chamber and checks his body, his left hand passes into his chest.
Optimus Primal's becoming a Transmetal contradicts the rules of Transmetalization established priorly. This process only affects those Transformers who have been on Earth since the beginning of the series, while those who are either in healing chambers or came from Maximal stasis pods, are unaffected. Optimus' new body also came from one of these pods, thus it should have remained his original, non-Transmetal body.
The original script called for the Maximal ship's hatch to malfunction, justifying Optimus Primal blowing a huge hole in the side of the ship. The finished episode however only shows him appearing in a huge explosion. This makes for a more effective entry, but it still doesn't explain why Optimus had to blow up a chunk of his own ship, especially when it was under attack by the Predacons.
Dinobot complains that he has ran out of ammunition, even though he wears multiple rounds on his chest. Rhinox's ammo also depletes, yet his guns were shown to have an enormous supply of bullets in previous episodes. Most likely, these scenes were also meant to be spoofs of the old western movies, but within the context of the episode, they still don't make sense.
After Silverbolt defects to the Maximals and defeats Megatron, the latter falls down into a great chasm. The error is that Megatron can fly, but for some reason, it never occurs to him, and he continues to fall.
