Hour one.

Live from Tampa, FL

Your hosts are Tony Schiavone & Larry Zbyszko

Big Bubba Rogers gets assaulted by an unknown assailant.

Rey Mysterio Jr. Vs Super Calo

Mysterio wins with a huricarana. This was good while it lasted. It's disappointing that it was so short, but do you expect anything less from Nitro?

Steve McMichael (W/Debra) Vs Hugh Morrus

McMichael wins after using a metal briefcase on Morrus. McMichael was never that good of a wrestler. A football player, yes, but not a wrestler.

Dean Malenko Vs Robbie Brookside

Malenko wins by submission with the Texas Cloverleaf. Syxx comes out wearing Dean Malenko's Cruiserweight title that he stole from Malenko. Syxx says he has no respect for Malenko.

The Outsiders come out and admonish Schiavone and Zbyszko for apparently throwing out false information about The Steiner's accident. The Outsiders claim they have nothing to do with it and hand them a tape to prove it. A fight is teased between Scott Hall & Larry Zbyszko.

Public Enemy Vs The Amazing French Canadians (W/Col. Parker)

Public Enemy wins. Don't expect much of a match between these four. It is what it is

Diamond Dallas Paige is out for an interview. DDP is unaware that Big Bubba Rogers was attacked and says he just got inside the building. He says he had nothing to do with the attack.

Television Championship

Lord Steven Regal (C) Vs Prince Iaukea

Prince Iaukea actually wins the title!!!! Talk about a shocker. Rey Mysterio distracts Regal to give Iaukea the victory. This was a cool moment.

Hour two.

Your hosts are Tony Schiavone, Mike Tenay & Bobby Heenan

Randy Anderson Vs Nick Patrick

This is referee Vs referee. Randy Anderson wins by using brass knuckles, but Eric Bischoff comes out and immediately vetoes it because Anderson used brass knuckles. Randy Anderson remains fired and the referee that handed him brass knuckles is fired as well.

Chris Beniot (W/Woman) Vs Roadblock

Beniot wins with a diving headbutt from the top. Not many highlights in this match.

We get footage of The Outsiders following The Steiner Brothers in a car. They cause The Steiner's to get into an accident and do a hit and run.

Kevin Sullivan, Jimmy Hart and Jacqueline comment about Sullivan's match with Chris Beniot at Superbrawl

Kevin Sullivan (W/Jacqueline & Jimmy Hart) Vs Doc Dean

Sullivan wins, but Jacqueline does most of the work for him on the outside. Seeing Jacqueline kick a guy's ass was pretty cool.

United States Championship

Eddie Guerrero (C) Vs Konnan

Eddie wins by DQ after Meng & The Barbarian assault Eddie. Chris Jericho ends up making the save for Eddie. Well, at least this match got more than three minutes. Sadly, it's a pretty mediocre match.

Up next, The Four Horsemen speak. Arn Anderson talks about how WCW is starting to stand up to the nWo. Ric Flair talks about the newfound unity of the Horsemen. Beniot talks about his match with Sullivan at Superbrawl. Steve McMichael and Debra have different opinions on Jeff Jarrett.

The Giant defeats Top Gun & Johnny Swinger in a handicapped match with a couple of chokeslams. The Giant spraypaints Hall & Nash on their backs to send a message to Hall & Nash. Lex Luger comes out with a release form so he can wrestle. Eric Bischoff says Lex Luger is too late and still won't be able to wrestle for the tag team titles at Superbrawl. Luger and The Giant chase after Bischoff.

Roddy Piper cuts a promo from inside a jail cell at "The Rock" in Alcatraz. It's pretty silly. Piper almost makes it work.

Jeff Jarrett Vs Chris Jericho

Jericho wins after Steve McMichael comes out and nails Jarrett with his metal briefcase. Why couldn't you have given these two some time? It's almost criminal how short this was.

Hulk Hogan is out next because a pointless 5 minute promo from him is totally worth going overtime for. Hogan says Piper is crazy to get back in the ring with him. Sting & The Macho Man interrupt Hogan. Hogan says he's like a god in Tampa. Sting goes to confront Hogan, but Savage holds him back.

This episode was a chore to watch. It felt like a re-run of several Nitro episodes.
