Sting Vs The Giant (W/Jimmy Hart)

This was supposed to be Sting & The Giant Vs Harlem Heat. Jimmy Hart managed to pay off Harlem Heat. The Giant has the match well in hand, but Lex Luger runs down to save the day. The Giant says the only reason Sting is alive is because Luger is there. This wasn't really much of a match. The Giant's booking is really confusing, like a lot of WCW's booking.

½*

Triangle Match

The Roadwarriors Vs The Steiner Brothers Vs The Nasty Boys

All three teams are essentially faces! In one of the most creative finishes I've ever seen, Public Enemy comes out and attacks The Nasty Boys. Johnny Grunge looks exactly like Brian Knobbs. Grunge goes into the ring and gets pinned by Scott Steiner because the ref think Grunge is Brian Knobbs. This was a fairly fun brawl for the most part. The finish is both bizarre and clever.

Hulk Hogan & The Booty Man (W/Kimberly) Vs Arn Anderson (W/Woman & Miss Elizabeth) & "The Taskmaster" Kevin Sullivan

Hogan and Booty man win after Hogan uses Kimberly's shoe to hit Sullivan with it. This is a really boring tagteam match that had little to no excitement. When Hogan teams with Brutus Beefcake (The Booty Man) , the matches are almost always mediocre. I guess WCW didn't give a rat's ass about WWF making fun of them for using shoes in match finishes. It looks really silly. Beware of those high heels!

*1/4

Hogan makes a corny shoe joke and says The Dungeon of Doom always seems to get the last laugh. The Booty man says he has a plan so he and Hogan can finally have the last laugh. All Hogan has to do is be Booty Man's partner and trust him.

Thoughts: No more of Hogan and Beefcake teaming, please!!!!

WCW Heavyweight Championship

Ric Flair (W/Woman & Miss Elizabeth) Vs Lex Luger

Luger has the match won with the Torture Rack until Woman grabs a cup of hot coffee from a fan and throws it in Luger's face. Flair takes advantage by rolling up Luger and putting his feet on the ropes to get the three count. Is there anything Flair can't do? He can even make Luger look good in the ring. If you have Ric Flair in the match, it's most likely gonna be at least watchable. The finish with the hot coffee is an embarrassment, though.
