Big Bubba Rogers Vs Sting

Sting wins with a flying cross body off the top. This match wasn't too shabby at all! I've always thought Ray Traylor (Big Bossman & Big Bubba) was one of the better big man wrestlers.

Sting, Lex Luger & The Road Warriors are set for an interview with Mean Gene Okerlund. Animal says Sting has been like a brother to them for a long time, but Luger is nothing but trouble. Animal says Luger is a phony. Luger says he and Sting will face The Road Warriors anytime, anyplace. Hawk says Luger reminds him of a washing machine because he really agitates them. (OK...) Hawk wants a Chicago Street Fight with Sting and Luger. Luger accepts on Sting's behalf. Luger doesn't really know what a Chicago Street Fight is. Sting tells Luger to flex his muscles and think about it a little more.

Thoughts: This was a weird segment. I'm not as fond of The Road Warriors as everybody else is so maybe that has something to do with it. The dissension between Luger and Sting continues.

Lex Luger Vs The Renegade

Luger wins with The Torture Rack after Jimmy Hart costs Renegade the match. Hart and Luger celebrate after the match, but Sting comes down to confront Luger. Sting gets in Luger's face about his involvement with Jimmy Hart. Sting says Luger has to start realizing what's important, and it's either him or Jimmy.

Thoughts: The Renegade was sent down to the WCW Power Plant to improve. It's really sad that wrestling, sadly took the man's life away. The dissension between Luger and Sting is starting to get stale, like a lot of WCW story lines.

Harlem Heat Vs The Road Warriors

The Road Warriors win. Believe it or not, this is the best Harlem Heat match I've seen so far. That's not exactly a compliment since this match is average at best, but at least we're getting somewhere.

Ric Flair, Arn Anderson & Kevin Sullivan (W/Miss Elizabeth & Woman) Vs Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage & The Booty Man

The Booty Man is one of Brutus Beefcake's MANY gimmicks in WCW. Hogan's team wins when Hogan pins Anderson with a legdrop. Miss Elizabeth handcuffs Hogan in the corner, allowing Flair to get in some quick shots before Nitro goes off the air.

Thoughts: This was a pretty underwhelming main event. Beefcake has never been a true main eventer, in my opinion. He looked out-of- place like he usually does in a main event capacity. Hogan being handcuffed briefly at the end made no sense.
