Johnny B Badd (W/Diamond Doll) Vs Diamond Dallas Paige

Badd beat DDP at World War 3 to obtain the services of Diamond Doll. It turns out that DDP put a steel chain in the flowers DDP gave Diamond Doll. The chain ends up being thrown to Badd, who uses it on DDP and pins him. There is some confusion because it looks like Diamond Doll meant to throw the chain to DDP.

3/4*

There is dissension among The Dungeon of Doom! Kevin Sullivan blames Jimmy Hart for Savage winning the title.

Cutie Suzuki & Mayumi Ozaki Vs Bull Nakano & Akira Hokuto

This is a rematch from World War 3. Nakano and Hokuto win. This is a pretty entertaining match, just like they had at World War 3. The girls flew around like crazy and busted their asses.

***

Hulk Hogan Vs Hugh Morrus

Hogan wins with the legdrop. This was pretty much a glorified squash match for Hogan. Hugh was hard to take seriously as a threat to Hogan. The highlight of the match for me was Bobby Heenan calling out Hogan for only caring about himself.

*

Gene Okerlund brings out the new WCW Champion, Randy Savage. Savage says he's on top of the mountain and if you need a little excitement, snap into the Macho Man, OHHHHH, YEAHHH! Hogan comes out and whines about never being eliminated. He goes to show proof from video tape footage, but they have cut out the part where Hogan slides underneath the bottom rope. The Giant comes down and chokeslams Savage on the floor. Sting comes out and saves Hogan, allowing Hogan to go berserk on The Giant with some weak chair shots. Hulk Hogan is one of the most selfish faces you'll ever see. It's incredibly hard to root for him. His friends are always there, but Hogan always looks out for himself.

Sting & Lex Luger Vs Brian Pillman & Arn Anderson

Luger's booking is so confusing. He's a heel, but also somewhat of a face because he's maintained his friendship with Sting, even though Luger is with The Dungeon of Doom. Ric Flair comes in and Arn and Pillman get disqualified. Flair, Pillman, and Anderson beat up on Luger and Sting until Hogan makes the save. Hogan wants to go after Luger, but Sting won't let him. The match was OK. I realize WCW was trying to be unpredictable with everything, but it's a bit too much at times. How many conspiracies can one organization have?

*1/2

Overall, this episode is so-so. I'm starting to get tired of all the collusion and conspiracies. Nitro was better than Raw at this juncture, but the WCW still had plenty of faults as well. The women steal the show here to be honest with you.
