A couple find the body of a Navy hospital corpsman third-class in an abandoned restaurant in Georgetown; the Metro PD calls and helps the NCIS; Gibbs and company investigate. Ducky finds that the victim died several days before, that he was a heavy drinker, and that he was very drunk when he died. Abby says that the death resulted from poisoning by a compound from an oleander plant; she also uncovers a secret message. Tony identifies the victim's last date; Gibbs suspects that they deal with a serial killer. McGee, a famous author, with three of his girlfriends, go to an exclusive nightclub; Gibbs and Tony wait nearby. After a gunfight the gang finish putting the pieces together. Written by
Did You Know?
In the last scene, when Carson is shot, Tony rushes to his aid. He applies pressure to Carson's bullet wounds, and his hands and sleeves become covered with blood. When Carson dies, Tony sadly sits back and wipes his forehead and there is no blood anywhere on his hands or sleeves. See more
