Quiet and well-done TV alien film
18 April 2009 | by (Russian Federation) – See all my reviews

I really admire most of the films that Tobe Hooper made during his bright and awesome career. This film is really commercial, but well-made project. The TV-series about aliens, produced by Spilberg include this part, directed by Tobe. The action takes place back in 40s USA and shows the story of American pilot who once was saved by alien space-craft, but could not remember that. So years later he starts his new life and family, when a huge space-craft falls from the space right near by and strange things starts to happen. There are not many special effects here, but those which there are- well-done and look realistic : the corpses of aliens, huge alien space -ship etc..

Good film for family watching . www.myspace.com/neizvestnostlab
