I'm guessing this was meant to be a replacement for either Test the Nation or The 100 Greatest TV Treats of the year (which I want), if that is the case, then that's cool. Kate Thornton (who may have done her last X Factor at the time) hosts this quiz show to find the one person who has been watching the most TV in the year. It consists of 50 questions about the various programme types, e.g. soaps, entertainment/reality, sport, etc, and through the show people with less correct answers are eliminated. I actually applied for this show, maybe it was because I don't have my own mobile phone, I had to borrow the number of my brother's. Guests were Toby Anstis, Pete Bennett, Fern Britton, Kelly Brook, Faith Brown, Antony Cotton, Jason Donovan, David Gest, Eamonn Holmes, Chantelle Houghton, Lorraine Kelly, Myleene Klass, Kym Marsh, Davina McCall, Sharon Osbourne, Michael Parkinson, Joe Pasquale, Phillip Schofield, Chris Tarrant, Catherine Tate, Ricky Tomlinson, Bradley Walsh and Billy Zane, and Peter Dickson was the announcer. Very good!
