Andy does the impossible--he makes everyone in the office miss Dwight, who is forced to take a job at Staples. Meanwhile, Oscar comes back to the office and Michael predictably throws a stereotypical Mexican party to celebrate.

Trivia

When Oscar pulls in to the parking lot, Michael makes a big deal about how nice his car is and how good German engineering is. The car Oscar drives is a Lexus (which is NOT German), which appears to be a joke about Michael's character (though Oscar ignores the comment). See more »

Quotes

Michael Scott: Jim, could you come in here, please?
Harvey: Hi, Jim. I am Harvey, a computer. Jim sucks.
Michael Scott: [laughing] I'm sorry. Oh, wow! That's so rude. I'm sorry, I can't control him.
Jim Halpert: Yeah, you can.
Michael Scott: You know what? Get Pam.
Jim Halpert: For this?
Michael Scott: Pam!
Harvey: Pam, you look very hot today.
Jim Halpert: Pam, meet Harvey. This is Michael's new friend.
Pam Beesley: Great.

Not bad. Pretty much my feeling on the whole of season 3.

VERY SLIGHT SPOILER

This episode in part follows the exploits of Dwayne in his endevours outside of Dunder Mifflin along with the return of Oscar, hence the episode title.

Not a bad episode but not particularly good either when you look back at a very strong season 2. They embarked on territory that the English version hadn't when they decided on a longer season 2 and now season 3 and to be fair they have done pretty well. They are always standing slightly in the shadow (as every UK poster will tell you along with burning an efigy of Micheal Scott) and have gone further in the development of the series.

I enjoy this series but I do hope that they wrap it up after this one.
